Amy White-Lee is a Senior Advisor, International Business Affairs*, assisting our lawyers and providing strategic advice to clients on international negotiations and transactions involving complex, multi-party deals and regulatory frameworks. Her background includes working with SMEs, particularly in the advanced technology and device sectors, as well as strategic consulting for companies navigating cross-border expansion in North America and East Asia.
Drawing on both operational and advisory experience inside multinational companies and as an external advisor, Amy helps organizations manage regulatory landscapes, negotiate and structure international deals (including disputes), and advance sophisticated transactions across jurisdictions. She is particularly skilled in bridging Western and Eastern business cultures, guiding clients through sensitive negotiations and helping prevent and resolve conflicts in complex international engagements.
