Jordan Routliff

Jordan Routliff is a construction lawyer who provides transactional and civil litigation services related to the formation, administration, and enforcement of construction contracts. Jordan routinely acts on a wide range of complex commercial and luxury residential projects and has represented parties from the project planning phase to completion.

Jordan takes pride in understanding his clients’ business and monetary objectives and tailors his legal advice to support them. He has been the Honorary Secretary of the Peterborough and District Construction Association (PDCA) for several years, which has provided him a unique perspective into the challenges faced by the ICI sector of the construction industry. In his role, he has participated in local lobbying efforts related to policies and regulations which affect construction and development. Jordan regularly speaks to the PDCA membership about developments in the law to arm the local industry with critical knowledge. As a litigator, Jordan takes great care and effort to find common ground between parties but is a committed advocate when disputes cannot be resolved.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jordan worked for several years as a Technical Director and Account Manager in the live entertainment industry. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys back country camping and spending time with his family.
